- Where's my purchase / license key?
- TalkBoard is sold through Gumroad — check your email from Gumroad. LifeCapture Pro restores via Apple's StoreKit (tap Restore Purchases in Settings).
- Does TalkBoard work offline?
- Yes. Dictation uses whisper.cpp on-device. Quick Fix uses local AI. No internet required.
- What platforms do you support?
- macOS 14+ (Apple Silicon) for Mac apps. iOS 17+ for LifeCapture. Web apps work in any modern browser.
- Refund policy?
- Gumroad purchases: reply to your receipt email. App Store purchases: request via Apple's Report a Problem. Web apps (Stripe): email me.
- Do you offer volume / team licenses?
